GOAL
The Feelviana Store points system, hereinafter referred to as “Reward Points”, aims to compensate customers for each purchase with points. These can later be redeemed for discount vouchers on items from the online store or on experiences.
POINT ATTRIBUTION
When making a purchase on the online store, the customer will be credited with the number of points according to the ratio of 1 € = 1 Point.
BALANCE
To check the number of points available, the user must go to their customer account and open the “Reward points” tab. In this tab you can also check the vouchers you will have access with the points.
REDEEM VOUCHERS
To redeem the vouchers, the user will have to gather the number of points referring to the voucher that he wants. After this selection, will only have to go to the “Reward Points” tab, click on the voucher you want, add to the cart and proceed as if it were a normal purchase, with the difference that you will be debited here with points and not with cash.
Upon completion of this process, the user will receive an email with a Coupon that will provide them with access to the discount.
USE OF VOUCHERS
For purchases at the online store, during the checkout process, enter the coupon code that you received the email in the “Promotional Code” space and the total purchase amount will be debited for the voucher amount in question.
To use your voucher in experiences, simply go to the page of the experience you want, fill in the form available on the same page using the button “Request Booking” and mention in the “Message” space that you have a voucher and the coupon code that you have received by email. The process will be handled by our team and the value referring to the voucher will be debited later from the final value of the experience.
