1. RETURNS

1.1. If the product supplied has a manufacturing defect, the customer may demand correction of the defect or the supply of an identical product without defect.

1.2. The customer has 14 days to return a product, from the date of delivery, without any associated cost, as long as it does not show any evidence of use and is returned in the same box used for shipping. In case of damage caused by the customer’s bad packaging of the product, Feelviana Store reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the return and will charge the associated shipping costs to the customer.

1.3. The exercise of the right provided in the previous point only occurs when the customer has not made effective use of the purchased product, with Feelviana Store reserving the right to exchange the equipment, after verifying its conservation status.

1.4. If the customer requests the exchange of his product for another one whose price is higher than the product purchased, he must pay the remaining amount by bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided at the time of such request.

1.5. When the customer requests the exchange of their product for another one whose price is lower than the product purchased, Feelviana Store will issue a credit note and return the customer the difference in value, within a maximum period of 15 working days, by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the customer

1.6. In case of return, Feelviana Store will return the amount charged, including transport costs, through the same means used for payment, or by another means to be agreed.

2. WARRANTY

2.1. The legal guarantee is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery.

2.2. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from incorrect or inappropriate use by the customer, such as:

• negligence of the product (insufficient conservation and maintenance);

• assembly and alteration of components in any part of the product structure that have not been expressly authorized by Feelviana Store;

• falls;

• overload;

• jumps;

• overexertion of another kind.

2.3. If the defect implies the replacement of part of the product, they will be replaced in the same color, according to availability. Otherwise, the replacement will be made in another color.

2.4. Warranty services do not cover any other services (such as assembly and transport costs) and any additional assembly and material costs resulting from a change to the model. These costs will be borne by the customer under the warranty.

2.5. The warranty only applies to the first owner of the product, according to the customer mentioned on the purchase invoice.

2.6. It is suggested that the customer keep the box used to ship the order until the end of the warranty, in order to ensure that the product is correctly packaged and accommodated in case it is necessary to return it for warranty purposes.
